- SEATTLE -- Global supercomputer leader Cray Inc. (Nasdaq:CRAYE) was served today with a securities class action lawsuit naming the Company and certain officers as defendants. The plaintiff, who alleges that she purchased Cray securities at artificially inflated prices, seeks to represent a class of securities purchasers from July 31, 2003, through May 12, 2005.
"We believe this lawsuit is without merit, and the Company intends to defend it aggressively," commented James Rottsolk, Cray Chairman and CEO.
